We carry out in-house heat treatments, 5axis CNC machining, as well as finishing and testing. Our customers return to us because of our vast understanding of 3D printing and its applications, as well as Design For Additive Manufacturing (DFAM).

Digital manufacturing enables to build parts and products without investing in tooling and with no set-up costs. Benefits of additive manufacturing include weight reduction, improved performance, rapid development and validation of prototypes, as well as expanded design capabilities. With our support, engineers can easily re-think their approach to designing as well as enhancing the efficiency and performance of their components.

 

Our powder-bed laser melting systems convert CAD data into definitive metal components with excellent detail resolution and quality, assuring high performance, reliability and repeatability. Our state-of-the-art 3D printing systems produce parts with a density up to 99,9%: strong and durable components suitable for both one-off rapid prototyping and low volume production batches, whilst being economically viable up to small series production.

At ADDITIVA, we carry out in-house heat treatments, 5axis CNC machining, as well as finishing processes. We work closely with a number of highly specialised key-partners to provide special machining, Computed Tomography Scanning and other Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
