Materials

We purchase metal powders from premium suppliers only, experienced and certified atomizers. We guarantee the material's traceability, from the powder batch's receipt to the shipment of finished parts to customers.

The quality of metal powders and their conservation are critical success factors for additive manufacturing. From the moment of powders receipt, we guarantee the highest quality standards in their conservation and use. Each batch of powder is certified for the chemical composition, particles’ size distribution and morphology.

The traceability of powder batches is certified throughout the entire workflow. Thanks to our IT procedures, the full traceability of materials, processes and products is guaranteed. Even years after order fulfilment, we can trace the batch of material and the laser parameters used to produce every component in a few moments.

Our sieving systems are dedicated to a single metal powder to avoid the risk of contamination. The sieving process occurs in an inert atmosphere (argon) to ensure the best conservation of materials.

Aluminium AlSi10Mg

AlSi10Mg is an aluminium-based alloy widely used for functional parts as well as prototypes. It offers good corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity, high dynamic toughness, excellent thermal conductivity.

Aluminium Al-Sc-Mg

Aluminium-Scandium-Magnesium alloy exhibits good stiffness, exceptionally high strength to weight ratio, excellent weldability and ductility.

Titanium Ti6Al4V

Titanium Ti6Al4V is a light alloy with excellent mechanical properties, fracture toughness, fatigue strength and corrosion resistance combined with low specific weight and biocompatibility.

Maraging Steel 1.2709

Maraging 300 is an age hardenable Iron-Nickel steel. It has exceptional strength and toughness, and thanks to specific heat treatment can achieve excellent hardness (up to 54 HRC).

Stainless Steel 316L

Stainless Steel 316L is a fully austenitic, corrosion-resistant Chromium-Nickel-Molybdenum steel. The molybdenum gives the material a high corrosion resistance.

Stainless Steel 17-4 PH

17-4 PH is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel that provides an outstanding combination of high strength, good corrosion resistance, and good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 316°C (600°F).

Inconel 625

INCONEL® Nickel-Chromium alloy 625 is used for its high tensile, fatigue, creep and rupture strength, excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.

Inconel 718

INCONEL® alloy 718 is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant Nickel-Chromium material. Service temperatures range from -196°C to 700°C (-321°F÷1.300°F).
